Broadside Bay ("the game") is published by Visual Club ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the game handles when you play it on Android. If you have questions, contact us at admin@visualclub.ca.
The game has no accounts, sign-in, chat or social features. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or location, and we do not run our own servers or analytics.
Your game progress (waves cleared, upgrades, settings) is saved only on your device. We never receive it. Uninstalling the game deletes it.
The free version of the game shows ads using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads, and to prevent fraud. Ads may be personalized depending on your device's advertising settings. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your Android settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads). See Google's advertising policies and the Google Privacy Policy for details.
The game offers a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play; we never see your payment details. To confirm that you own the purchase and restore it on new devices, the game uses RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app user ID, your purchase history for this game, and basic device information. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
The game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We do not sell personal information. Data described above is handled by Google (ads and Play Billing) and RevenueCat (purchase validation) under their own policies, and is transmitted over encrypted connections.
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Continued use of the game means you accept the updated policy.
